What brands do you stock parts for?
We carry spares for most of the major boiler brands used across the UK, including Vaillant, Worcester Bosch, Ideal, Baxi, Main, Alpha, Ariston, Biasi, and Viessmann. If you’re not sure whether we stock parts for your boiler, just get in touch and we’ll check for you.
What types of boiler spare parts can I find on your site?
We stock a wide range of parts to cover most common repairs and services. This includes PCBs (printed circuit boards), pumps, diverter valves, expansion vessels, pressure relief valves (PRVs), fans, electrodes (ignition and detection), spark generators, condensate traps, automatic air vents, service kits, cartridges, and more. If you’re looking for something specific and can’t see it listed, contact us- we may be able to source it.
How do I find the right part for my boiler?
There are a few ways to search. The easiest is to use your Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) if you already have it- just enter it in the search box and it’ll bring up the exact part. You can also search by GC Number, which is the Gas Council number often found on your boiler or in the engineer’s paperwork. Alternatively, use our Brand and Part Type search- simply select your boiler brand, then choose the type of part you’re looking for and we’ll show you what’s available.
Are the parts genuine OEM or compatible aftermarket?
We stock both OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts and high-quality compatible alternatives, depending on availability. Where possible, we clearly indicate which type each listing is. If you need a specific OEM part for warranty reasons or engineer preference, feel free to contact us before ordering and we can confirm.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes- we offer free standard UK delivery on orders of £30 or more. Orders below that threshold will have a small delivery charge applied at checkout. We dispatch quickly, so most orders are on their way to you the same or next working day.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched promptly from our base in Newcastle upon Tyne and typically arrive within 2-5 working days via standard delivery. We know how important it can be to get a boiler back up and running quickly, so we always aim to get orders out the door as fast as we can.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and Stripe. All payments are processed securely- you can shop with confidence knowing your card and payment details are fully protected.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can keep an eye on where your parcel is. You can also use the Order Tracking link in our website footer.
I’ve ordered the wrong part – what do I do?
Don’t worry, it happens. As long as the part is unused, in its original condition, and returned within 30 days of purchase, we’ll happily process a return or exchange for you. Just get in touch with us first so we can guide you through the process. See our full Return Policy for more details.
What if the part I received is faulty or damaged?
If your part arrives damaged or isn’t working as expected, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation. We take quality seriously and we’ll always do our best to make things right quickly.
Do you offer advice on which part I need?

Absolutely. We’re constantly updating our stock, and we may be able to source parts that aren’t currently listed on the site. Just get in touch with your boiler model and part details and we’ll see what we can do.
